Before you buy

How is this different from the free write-ups online?

Most write-ups are one person's experience, in one city and one industry, often with no date on them, so there is no telling whether they still apply. The Job Pack is ordered the way a search really runs, gives each step a usable template, the actual sequence and the usual reasons people are dropped, keeps the German wording wherever law is involved, and is updated when the rules change.

Is it written in Chinese or in German?

The chapters are in Chinese. CV fields, contract clauses, email openings — anything that has to be German — keep the German wording with the Chinese beside it, so you can copy it straight into an application.

My German is weak. Can I still find work?

Yes, but the industry and the city have to be chosen with that in mind. One chapter covers the fields and cities that do not require German, how to state your language level on a CV, and what to say when an interviewer asks about it.

I already have a job. Is there anything here for me?

Yes. More than half of the chapters are about what happens after the offer: office rules, email and meetings, saying no, taking feedback, and asking for a raise, changing jobs and serving notice.

Can I look before deciding?

The first 1 chapters are free to read. No payment, no email address.

Not just into the German workplace — growing here too

From application materials to teamwork, from fitting in to building influence — walk every important stage more clearly.
